Welcome to the virtual office of Dr. Sean Gravely

Sean Gravely, D.O.

Dr. Gravely is a 2004 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Hospital Consortium. 

He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. 

Dr. Gravely is married and he and his wife Erika have a son and and a daughter.

Sally joined the Nevada Medical Clinic in 2000.  She is a registered nurse with over 20 years of service.  Sally earned her BSN degree from Pittsburg State University.

She is active in First Christian Church, Beta Sigma Phi.
